1. During the Revolutionary War life changed for all colonists, women took on the roles of their husband, children stopped going to school, and collages closed.
2. Women had many jobs during the Revolutionary War such as a camp follower, spies, nurses, and some even dressed as men so they could be enlisted.
3. Kids took on many jobs during the Revolutionary War, they sewed uniforms, took care of wounded soldiers, and children as young as 4 took care of their younger siblings.
4. Regular colonists (that weren't enlisted) lives carried on as normal during the Revolutionary War, they ate the same food, lived in the same houses, and dressed in the same clothes.
5. During the Revolutionary War women were highly valued because they made powerful spies and took care of wounded soldiers.
